4. Payments and Transactions
All transactions are final once processed on the blockchain or through our payment partners. Cryptocurrency purchases are non-refundable and cannot be reversed.
Chargebacks and Disputes: Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving Bitcoin may constitute misuse of our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity and to seek recovery of our costs, including legal fees, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Availability of Bitcoin Purchases
Delivery times for Bitcoin vary depending on the payment method used:
Credit Card Payments: 3 to 7 business days for Bitcoin to be released to the wallet address provided.
Debit Card Payments: 2 to 24 hours for Bitcoin to be released.
Wire Transfers: 2 to 24 hours for Bitcoin to be released, subject to bank clearance.
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by third-party payment processors, bank verification requirements, fraud-prevention checks, or compliance reviews. Siktor Service LLC is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
6. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrencies are volatile and carry risk of loss. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
